Fresh Grounds Café and Youth Training Program (PIC)

The Fresh Grounds Café is a non profit business that functions both as a dynamic, community-centered café and a supportive employment training program for young people ages 15 and up. Youth are engaged in a 6-week curriculum that includes on-the-job skill building in our full service café, vocational development support, and linkage to employment in the café and in the wider community following training. The mission of the program is to jump start vocational life skills for young people who experience challenges to obtaining employment, while bringing a high quality café experience to our local community.
