Seventh Landing Apartments
Location: 1360 7th Street West, Saint Paul
Description: Seventh Landing offers sober, supportive, permanent youth housing.
Seventh Landing consists of studio (efficiency) apartments, a community meeting room, staff offices, and the nonprofit business and job skills training program, Fresh Grounds Café. Seventh Landing includes access to laundry facilities and a community room. A computer resource lab is also available for tenants. Seventh Landing is situated on bus lines, near several community human service agencies, hospitals, schools, and other community resources.
Seventh Landing serves homeless, economically disadvantaged single men and women who experience a disability. Preference is given to adults who have had significant (6 months +) experience in out-of-home placement as a youth and who have not lived independently before. Support services include case management, life skills, and access to employment services.
The mission of Seventh Landing is to provide singles safe, sober, affordable housing in combination with support services that will facilitate the transition to adult independent living, an increase in skills and income, an increase in health and wellness, and overall housing stabilization.
Fresh Grounds Café and Youth Training Program (PIC)
The Fresh Grounds Café is a non profit business that functions both as a dynamic, community-centered café and a supportive employment training program for young people ages 15 and up. Youth are engaged in a 6-week curriculum that includes on-the-job skill building in our full service café, vocational development support, and linkage to employment in the café and in the wider community following training. The mission of the program is to jump start vocational life skills for young people who experience challenges to obtaining employment, while bringing a high quality café experience to our local community.

Description: Lindquist Apartments offers sober, supportive, permanent, singles housing.
Lindquist Apartments are situated on bus lines, near several community human service agencies, hospitals, schools, and other community resources. Lindquist Apartments consists of 24 studio (efficiency) apartments subsidized by project based Section 8, and 2 one-bedroom units designed for GRH eligible applicants. Lindquist Apartments is housed on the top two floors of the RS EDEN Administrative Building. It also includes a community room, computer lab, tenant lounge, and staff offices. Lindquist includes access to laundry facilities and a courtyard.
Lindquist serves homeless and long-term homeless, economically disadvantaged single individuals who experience a disability. Support services at Lindquist include a 24-hour front desk, case management, and life skills services. Support services are provided by The Link.

Associated with RS EDEN, Fresh Grounds Café is both a successful neighborhood business and a vocational training program for young people who experience barriers to employment. Operating as a social enterprise since 2005, the Café provides a path to self-sufficiency and positive community connections by offering trainees the opportunity to learn barista skills in a welcoming community coffee house that engages the West Seventh neighborhood.More Info
