Jackson Street Village

24 Apartments – Two, Three, & Four Bedrooms
Jackson Street Village is a multi-unit project with 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments subsidized by Project Based Section 8. Jackson Street Village includes a community building with a computer lab, tenant lounge, playground, and staff offices. All units include laundry machines. Jackson Street Village serves homeless and long-term homeless, economically disadvantaged families who experience a disability. Support services at Jackson Street include case management and life skills services.
The mission of Jackson Street Village is to provide families safe and affordable housing in combination with support services that will facilitate family stabilization, increase in skills and income, increase in health and wellness, and overall housing stabilization. The entire family is engaged in the program goals and services.
Portland Village

Portland Village offers recovery-focused permanent supportive housing for families, including those experiencing homelessness and living with a disability. The site includes three apartment buildings and a central administrative building, which houses a PICA/Head Start daycare program, staff offices, and a large family activity room.
Amenities include community rooms, on-site laundry, storage, and a computer lab. Located on bus lines, Portland Village provides easy access to schools, healthcare, and community resources.
On-site services include family-centered case management, life skills support, employment services, and tenant-led activities, with a focus on whole-family stability and long-term success.
Emanuel Housing

101 Apartments – Studios & One Bedrooms
Emanuel Housing offers recovery-focused permanent supportive housing for single adults, including men and women with a range of needs. The building includes studio and one-bedroom apartments and is conveniently located near light rail, bus routes, healthcare, and community resources.
Emanuel features a tenant lounge, fitness room, enclosed courtyard, walking trail, community room, computer lab, and on-site laundry. The building is pet-friendly.
Housing serves individuals with diverse backgrounds, including veterans (VASH), individuals eligible for Housing Supports, and those experiencing chronic homelessness. On-site services include 24-hour front desk support, case management, peer support, recovery groups, and employment services.

Central Avenue Apartments offers recovery-focused permanent supportive housing for single adults experiencing homelessness and living with a disability. The building includes studio apartments and is conveniently located on a bus line near healthcare and community resources.
Amenities include a community room, computer lab, tenant lounge, fitness room, courtyards, and on-site laundry.
On-site services include a 24-hour staffed front desk, individual case management, peer support, and recovery groups.
Dillon Apartments

Dillon prioritizes individuals eligible for Housing Supports. On-site services include case management, life skills support, recovery groups, and social activities.

Amber Apartments is a NEW 81 unit affordable housing community located at 4527 Hiawatha Avenue. Convenient to transit, the building is directly across from the 46th Street Blue Line light rail station; allowing easy access to job centers and amenities throughout the metro area. Residents are part of the vibrant and growing Longfellow neighborhood; just a short walk from Hiawatha Falls and the entire Minnehaha Parkway system of lakes and parks.
7th Landing

13 Apartments – Studios
Seventh Landing offers recovery-focused permanent supportive housing for young adults experiencing homelessness and living with a disability. Preference is given to adults who have had significant (6 months +) experience in out-of-home placement as a youth and who have not lived independently before.
The building includes studio apartments and features a community room, computer lab, on-site laundry, and staff offices. Located on bus lines, it provides easy access to schools, healthcare, and community resources.
On-site services include case management, life skills support, and access to employment services, with a focus on building independence and long-term stability.

Lindquist Apartments offers permanent supportive housing for single adults experiencing homelessness and living with a disability. Located within the RS EDEN Administrative Building, the site includes studio and one-bedroom units with Project-Based Section 8 and Housing Supports options.
Amenities include a community room, computer lab, tenant lounge, courtyard, and on-site laundry. Conveniently located on bus lines, it provides access to community resources and services.
Support services, provided by The Link, include a 24-hour front desk, case management, and life skills support, with a focus on stability and independent living.
Ashland Apartments

Ashland Apartments is our newest location in St. Paul. This location is built around a communal living model, and that design truly matters. Shared space has helped create a community where people look out for one another, offer encouragement, and walk alongside each other.
At Ashland, individuals are supported by Peer Recovery Specialists and Case Managers who help connect them to basic needs like food access, mental health care, and ongoing recovery support.

Alliance Apartments offers recovery-focused permanent supportive housing for single adults experiencing homelessness and living with a disability.
On-site services provided by RS EDEN include a 24-hour front desk, individual case management, peer support, and recovery groups, supporting housing stability and overall well-being.
