RS EDEN provides safe, affordable, and supportive housing throughout the Twin Cities. Our programs offer recovery-focused, transformative opportunities for residents to achieve personal goals, increase skills and income, and integrate with the community.
How to Access Housing
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a long‑term housing model that combines safe, affordable (restricted rents/subsidies) housing with voluntary supportive services for people who have experienced chronic homelessness and live with disabilities.
Most of our housing opportunities are accessed through Coordinated Entry, a system that helps match people to housing based on need. To be considered, you will need to complete an assessment and be added to the Coordinated Entry list. If eligible, you may be referred to an RS EDEN apartment.

COORDINATED ENTRY
In Hennepin County, assessments are being provided to individuals and families that are currently residing in shelter or on the streets. Clients staying in shelter or on the streets may ask a shelter advocate or outreach worker for an assessment.
In Ramsey County, people experiencing homelessness should connect with a Ramsey County assessor to determine eligibility for the Coordinated Entry System.
