Safe and Supportive Community Reentry
Coming home after incarceration is exciting, and a little scary. There is a lot of work to do, and not a lot of time to do it. RS EDEN is here to help. We offer evidence-based, trauma-informed, and gender-affirming care in our community settings. Comprehensive case management, mental health and substance use disorder services are provided in safe, supportive settings. We help empower you to take your next step toward independence.

Individualized Approach
Each person receives a personalized set of services based on their unique needs, strengths, and goals. Supports are tailored and adjusted over time to help individuals stabilize, build skills, and successfully transition back into the community.
Evidence Based
Staff use interventions and supports grounded in research, clinical best practices, and lived experience to provide effective, responsive care that supports long-term stability and success.
Peer Services
Certified Peer Recovery Specialists with lived experience provide mentorship, encouragement, and practical support, helping individuals stay connected to recovery and successfully navigate reentry.

Reentry West
RS EDEN’s reentry site in St. Paul provides a structured, supportive environment for male identified exiting incarceration and returning to the community. Linkages to primary care, food programs, benefits access, and other support systems, participants build stability, develop skills, and successfully transition back into the community.

Reentry Metro
RS EDEN’s reentry site in St. Paul offers a safe, supportive space for female identifying reentering the community after incarceration. With access to comprehensive services, participants are supported in rebuilding stability and successfully reintegrating into the community.
