I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Cloud State University. My clinical interests include cross-cultural dynamics, trauma resiliency, and non-intrusive approaches for individuals experiencing complex trauma.
