RS EDEN Welcomes New Board Chair Bo Nabozny

June 11, 2026

We are excited to announce the appointment of Bo Nabozny as the new Chair of the RS EDEN Board of Directors.

Bo brings more than 15 years of experience leading transformation, operations, and strategic initiatives across the MedTech and professional services sectors. Throughout his career, he has focused not only on achieving measurable outcomes, but on building those outcomes through strong relationships, empathy, and a commitment to meeting people where they are.

His dedication to community service and advocacy extends well beyond his professional work. Bo previously served on the Board of Directors for Twin Cities Pride. He has also volunteered extensively with Children’s Home Society of Minnesota, supporting prospective adoptive parents, participating in family events, and sharing his personal journey as an adoptive parent.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Bo has spent years helping organizations create environments where people feel seen, supported, and valued. His leadership philosophy aligns closely with RS EDEN’s mission to create thriving, just communities where healing occurs and new beginnings are possible.

“What drew me to RS EDEN is its whole-person approach,” said Nabozny. “Supporting individuals across housing, recovery, mental health, and reentry recognizes that lasting change happens when we support the full journey, not just one moment in time.”

Bo’s connection to RS EDEN’s work is deeply personal. He recognizes the disproportionate impact that substance use disorders and mental health challenges can have on marginalized communities, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community. He believes that meaningful solutions require integrated support systems that address the complex realities people face as they rebuild their lives.

As Board Chair, Bo is committed to ensuring the Board remains engaged, aligned, and a strong partner to RS EDEN leadership as the organization continues to expand its impact throughout the community.

“At the end of the day, this work is about people, their stories, their resilience, and their potential,” Bo shared. “I am grateful to be part of RS EDEN’s journey and to contribute to a future where healing and new beginnings are possible for all.”

Please join us in welcoming Bo Nabozny as Board Chair. We look forward to his leadership, partnership, and vision as we continue advancing our mission and supporting the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
